Paul Andres – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman.
An Engineer (Control Systems/Expert Systems) and MBA (Marketing/Finance), Paul's background includes positions in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, R&D and Corporate Acquisitions. He co-founded and managed a multinational corporation in voice/data/video transmission, built International operations to $80 million sales, and directed merger with a US Fortune 500 firm. Through his own venture capital firm he has served on the Board of other international companies assisting in their growth through sale or acquisition Paul provided the start-up funding for operations and will focus on applying information technology to health care and, through leadership and problem solving skills, keep the Company focused and moving forward.
Michel M. Joffe, MD – President and Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
Dr. Joffe is Board Certified in Family Medicine (NY, IL, and NV) and also holds an MBA in Finance. He has an outstanding reputation as a practicing physician in the Las Vegas area as an Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine and Primary Care Physician. He continues as a practicing Physician and chairs the 1 World Medicine credentialing and QA Committee.
Advisory Committee Sy Joffe – Corporate Visionary, Advisory Board Chairman
As a senior executive and founder of many companies, Sy has been a major force in the establishment of many of the 20th century technological developments in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Biotechnology and numerous other industries. He managed data operations at the Manned Space Center in Houston, was a founding Venture Capitalist Director for the United Bank of Kuwait, and created a seed Venture Capital Fund in the UK. Sy chairs the Advisory Committee and identifies new directions for the Corporation.
Thomas Lane – Patient Advocate
As a highly decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, Thomas has endured 32 surgeries and is a 10 year survivor of Agent Orange derived systemic cancer. He strongly believes that the optimal treatment requires that the immune system be strengthened with wellness modalities initially, then aggressive Western medicine such as chemo therapy can be applied. His 40 year experience with the American medical system provides us with unique insight into the requirements of communication with the patient regarding their options and responsibilities in treatment.
Robin Joffe – Asia Relations
Robin Joffe is presently Managing Director of Frost & Sullivan Japan, (a global growth consulting and research company) and has been responsible for its expansion into the Japanese market. Robin is also the international advisor for ITR (a Japanese research company) and supports the Japanese operations of Nomovok (a Finnish software development company). Other positions have included President of ATrend Ltd. (a sales, marketing and market entry company focused on the research and consulting market for the IT and Internet Market), Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Gartner Japan Ltd. Throughout his career Robin's main focus has been growing and expanding company's Asian Operations. Robin speaks 6 languages and holds a joint MBA degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
